The Toro BRC28 (23522) is a professional, commercial grade wheeled brush cutter designed to tackle tough jobs. It is powered by a 10.8 kW Toro engine. It can handle brush up to 1.8m tall and saplings up to 5cm in diameter. The pivoting deck and flail blade give you increased cutting performance even on the toughest tasks. The pivoting deck follows the contour of the ground by pivoting to each side.
