Description

The Stiga cable layer machine is designed for professionals to use when laying boundary cables for robotic mowers. Powered by a Honda engine the cable layer can work at depths from 1cm to 6cm burying the cable underground. This enables the user to position a cable to a preferred depth for the relevant application. The blade cuts a groove into the ground then lays the cable into it. The cable is held on the spool or cylinder and winds out as you travel with the machine. If cable is required to reach under bushes or trees the handle can be adjusted to the left or right. As the grass grows it will hide the cable. The half-axles on the wheels can be set to 4 different width positions 25, 27, 29 and 31cm from the cutter to the edge.It is advised to wear suitable protective clothing when using the machine.
