Self-propelled with variable speed drive up to 4.1mph, the LB390H-SP Optimax has a commercial-grade 389cc Honda GX390 engine. The heavy-gauge, all-steel housing is strong and long-lasting. Even with leaves dragged in, the curved aerodynamic entrance draws air smoothly for steady power and prevents clogging. The scrolled housing permits uninterrupted air intake while the blower’s seven-blade fan and steel impeller create high airflow. Airflow may enter the impeller region and push out of the 65.5cm (25.8″) discharge chute even if leaves and debris cover part of the housing. The 160mph integrated front/side dicharge chute lets you discharge air from the front or side without equipment. The split stream air deflector’s chain/pulley mechanism moves leaves farther and quicker without blow back, so you only have to run over an area once. The operator may modify the chute deflector control.
