With an 18″ cutting width the HYM460SPE is wide enough to mow lawns up to 40 square metres.Self-propelled lawnmowers have a drive which propels the mower along effortlessly. This cuts mowing times down and reduces the fatigue felt by hand pushing a mower around a lawn. The mower speed adjusts to the varying lawn levels and the rear wheel power drive is useful on uneven ground or sloping lawns. The mulching function on the HYM460SPE cuts the grass up into fine pieces as you mow. The tiny pieces are blown back onto the lawn where they provide nutrients and moisture. This function is recommended when mowing in dry conditions on shorter grass. The side discharge chute is useful if you are mowing longer grass in areas where it can be left to wilt back naturally.The four wheeled HYM460SPE has 6 cutting height settings from 25mm – 75mm. Choose the correct position depending on the grass length. These are set using a simple central lever. Start on the highest setting and work down to obtain the best cut and finish. Additional features include a 70 litre fabric grass catcher with hard top, 7″ and 10″ bearing wheels, hose connector for cleaning, front handle and soft grip handle which can also be folded down for quick, space saving storage or transport.
