The Hyundai HY1000Si runs on petrol or can be converted to run off LPG as a dual fuel generator.The HY1000SI’s compact design is lightweight coming in at under 14kg. A device this size can be easily carried in a car boot or caravan storage space. Producing a 1Kw of power it’s ideal for laptops, tvs, heaters, air compressors or fans. Hyundai re-designed this model in 2016 with a smaller case and LED screen. The LED screen displays the voltage, frequency and hour count so you can monitor the performance of the generator. The control panel has both a 13A 3-pin socket and 12v DC battery charging port. The generator also benefits from an auto shut off feature if the oil level is too low or the load passes the maximum threshold. Using the ‘ECO’ mode will lower the engine revs to match the current load needed in turn reducing the noise levels, fuel economy and prolonging the life of the engine. The HY1000Si uses a 50cc Hyundai 4-stroke engine which has an easy recoil start. This quiet engine can run for approx. 4.5 hours with a 50% load.Specifications
